Meet Our Team
We recognize that all of our patients are unique and deserve to receive dental care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented dental team is committed to working with you and your family to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding dental experience every time you visit our practice. We are pleased to welcome you and your family, and we look forward to working with you.
I oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure that we provide our patients with the ultimate dental experience. I actually started in this office in 1980 with a different doctor, and was pleased to stay on with Dr. Pell in 2001. My favorite part of my job is seeing a patient leave our office satisfied with their experience. I love watching the change in patients after having a positive appointment.
I am married and will soon celebrate my 34th wedding anniversary with my husband, Rick. We have a son, Josh, a daughter-in-law, Kristen, and a wonderful grandson, Levi. I enjoy reading, quilting, gardening and being outdoors. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends. I just love life!
I have worked in the dental field for over seven years and have been happy to be a part of Dr. Pell’s team since 2010. As our receptionist, I welcome our patients with a big smile, answer the phones, schedule appointments, and assist in meeting our patients’ dental needs. I’ve always enjoyed helping others, and now I get to do it every day! I love working with the people here; we get along great and come together as a team to give our patients the best possible care.
I am married with two children. I enjoy shopping, fishing, working out, and spending time with my family. I’m also taking college courses to continue my education!
I enjoy being one of the first people our patients see when they come to our office. It gives me the chance to make great first impressions! I’m here to answer the phones, schedule appointments, and check patients in and out. Each patient is so unique, and I love hearing all about their lives since their last visit. Everyone on our team is so nice, and always pitches in to help one another when needed. It’s a great team atmosphere!
My husband, Jeff, and I have three children, Dana, Lexi, and Kolby, as well as two small dogs. Our kids are our hobbies; they keep us very busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!
I graduated from Allegany College of Maryland with an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene in 2012, and joined Shenandoah Family Dentistry soon after. The most important part of my job is educating and helping patients understand the importance of good oral health. However, the best part of my job is working with such great teammates. We all make the office enjoyable!
I am originally from Hampshire County, WV. My fiancé and I currently live in Martinsburg with our two dogs. I love being outdoors and spending time with my family and friends.
I earned my Associate’s degree in Applied Science and started working as a dental hygienist with Dr. Pell in 2013. I enjoy assisting my patients in achieving and maintaining optimal oral health through gentle cleanings, preventive treatments, and education. Our team is made up of people who are wonderful, professional individuals who strive to improve themselves every day on both a professional and personal level. I feel very fortunate to be a part of this practice.
My husband, Matt, and I have been married for 19 wonderful years. We have two children, Brianna and Branson, as well as a yorkie named Bella and a goldendoodle named Toby. As a family, we enjoy camping, boating, wake-boarding, and fishing. I spend my free time cooking and crocheting, as well as volunteering throughout the community.
Registered Dental Hygienist
I graduated from Allegany College of Maryland in 2011 with an Associate’s degree in Applied Science. My favorite part of my job is getting to know my patients and being able to give them the best possible dental care and education. Our doctors and staff treat our patients like family and work hard to provide the best that dentistry has to offer. I’ve been so happy to be a part of this team for the past four years!
My husband, Chase, and I live in Berkeley Springs, WV, with our two daughters, Jaidallyn and Natalie. I have a large extended family and enjoy spending as much time with them as I can.
I am a recent graduate with a degree in dental hygiene, and just joined Shenandoah Family Dentistry. Since my first day here, everyone has been so friendly and has helped me to fit into this great team. Patient motivation is my number-one goal as a hygienist, and I love seeing the changes my patients make in their oral health when they follow good home hygiene habits.
I have a two-year-old son, Beckham, who is my world. I am very dedicated to my family, and just bought my first house!
I earned my Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification at Harcum Junior College and have worked in dentistry for over 32 years. I assist our doctors with restorative procedures, taking X-rays, sterilization of instruments and exam rooms, and making sure patients are comfortable during their dental visit. I love meeting new patients and working with a great team. We all work to give our patent exceptional dental care and strive to make all their visits positive.
My husband, Tom, and I live in Stephens City, VA. We have three children and three wonderful grandchildren, not to mention four “grand dogs”! I enjoy spending time with my family and am having a great time watching my grandchildren grow up. I also enjoy reading, gardening, cooking, listening to music, camping, and spending time at the beach.
I began working in dentistry in 1987 and joined Dr. Pell in 2009. My duties include assisting during procedures, cleaning instruments and rooms, lab work, and helping out my team members wherever I am needed. My favorite aspect of my job is putting patients at ease and seeing the satisfied look after they finish treatment, knowing they are going to live a healthier, happier life.
I am married with one son and three grandsons. My son is a football coach for Strasburg High School, so I go to a lot of football games. Go Rams! My grandsons also play soccer and basketball, so I often cheer them on from the sidelines. I enjoy going to the beach when I can and spending time with friends and family.
