I would like to thank Dr. Pell and his entire team. I suffer from severe anxiety with regard to dental treatment due to past procedures (by former dentists) that were painful, complicated and ineffective. Dr. Pell is very empathetic towards my needs and never fails to ease my worries and ensure that I am comfortable before, during and after my procedures. His quality of work surpasses past experiences with other dentists and his efficiency and attention to detail is phenomenal. He also makes it a priority to communicate with me directly during and after business hours, which is a rare quality for a doctor in the 21st century to possess.
To his continue skill development and educational opportunities, Dr. Pell is active in the following general and specialized professional dental organizations: American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, Virginia Dental Association, Academy of Laser Dentistry, World Clinical Laser Institute, and the Shenandoah Valley Dental Society.
Beyond the office, he loves spending time with his family. He and his wife, Kristi, have had the pleasure of living in Winchester for nearly two decades. Their two teenagers (Emma and Austin), five dogs, two cats, three horses, and kid’s sporting events fill their lives with joy and a little bit of craziness.
Dr. Bohrer and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They made me feel comfortable from the second I walked in the door. I have been absolutely terrified of dentists since I was a kid but I completely trust Dr. Bohrer, his understanding of the pain I was going through and helped me resolve the problem. Amazing staff amazing Doctor!! Definitely would recommend.

When not practicing dentistry, he loves spending time with his wife Jen, his two stepsons (Colin and Jacob), and their many animals (dogs, cats, goats, and horses). He also enjoy getting frustrated with the game of golf, being involved with horse-related activities, and following thoroughbred horse racing.
Dentistry has allowed me to make a profound difference in the lives of my patients, and they’ve made just as big of a difference in mine.
